Detective Doodad is a brilliant and eccentric detective who is seen as "cool" in the eyes of his team of kid helpers. He has his wacky side and isn't perfect, but he always seems to come up with the right answer in unexpected ways. Dressed in a fedora hat and navy blue suit, Detective Doodad solves cases with the help of a handy jet pack, a laser-light that can see through walls, his wrist-communicator and more.
