Just saw your post...we did this theme last year. I just cut a surfboard shape out of cardboard (2 for each day)...covered with some really fun scrapbook paper in the color theme for each day...typed the Big ? and Big Answer and printed from my computer in appropriate color for each day and glued to my boards. I poked a small hole in the top of each and used an 'S' hook to hang on a rope on our "boardwalk" in the assembly area.
